1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all charters, bookings, and services provided by N4 Charters (Proprietary) Ltd, registered in Seychelles and operating from Eden Island Marina. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the booking.
2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after N4 Charters receives a deposit or full payment as communicated.

A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

N4 Charters reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to safety, weather, or operational concerns.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
For the safety of all guests, passengers must:

Follow all instructions from the Captain and crew at all times.

Wear safety equipment when required.

Supervise children throughout the trip.
-
Avoid reckless behavior or actions affecting safety.
Damage to the vessel or equipment caused by passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.
4. Weather Conditions

The Captain has full authority to delay, modify, or cancel any charter if weather conditions pose risks.

Weather-related cancellations qualify for a full refund or free rescheduling.
5. Safety & Conduct
N4 Charters prioritizes passenger safety. Therefore:

Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited.

Illegal drugs are strictly not allowed.
-
Guests under the influence may be denied boarding without refund.

Harassment or abusive behavior towards crew or other guests is not tolerated.
6. Liability Waiver
While we ensure maximum safety, guests acknowledge that marine activities involve inherent risks.
N4 Charters is not liable for:

Personal injuries caused by negligence of guests

Loss of personal belongings

Seasickness or medical conditions

Damage due to non-compliance with safety instructions
Guests participate at their own risk.
7. Photography & Media Use
N4 Charters may capture photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the crew before departure.
8. Changes to Itinerary
Routes, destinations, and activities may vary depending on:

Sea conditions

Safety considerations
-
Operational requirements
The Captain’s decision is final.
9. Payments & Refunds
Payments may be made via:

Bank Transfer
Refunds follow the rules in our Booking Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
