1. What should I bring for the charter?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, towels, and a light cover-up. If you plan to snorkel or swim, a dry change of clothes is useful. All essential equipment and refreshments are provided by us.
2. Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes. All our charters include high-quality snorkeling gear for all guests. If you prefer to use your own mask or fins, you are welcome to bring them along.
3. Can we customize our route or experience?
Absolutely. Every charter is fully customizable. Whether you prefer snorkeling spots, island visits, fishing, or a relaxing cruise, our captain will tailor the route to your preferences and weather conditions.
4. Do you offer food and drinks on board?
Yes. All charters include complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Full-day and island-hopping trips include lunch and additional refreshments. For special occasions, we can arrange custom catering, champagne, cakes, or décor upon request.
5. Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children are welcome. However, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety, we provide life jackets suitable for kids, and the crew ensures everyone is comfortable throughout the trip.
6. What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions prevent us from sailing, we will offer a free reschedule to the next available date or provide a full refund in line with our cancellation policy.
