2. Payment Methods
We accept:

Bank Transfers
All payments must be cleared before departure.
3. Cancellation Policy
To provide clarity and fairness, our cancellations follow:
Guest-Initiated Cancellations

48+ hours before departure: 100% refund
-
Within 24–48 hours: 50% refund
-
Within 24 hours / No-show: No refund
Weather-Related Cancellations
If the Captain determines conditions unsafe:

Guests may reschedule for free, or
-
Receive a full refund
The Captain’s decision is final for safety reasons.
4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Late arrival reducing charter time does not qualify for refund.
5. Changes to Bookings

Date changes are allowed subject to availability.

Additional requests (catering, décor, equipment) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Charter Inclusions
Depending on charter type, inclusions may include:

Snacks and drinks
-
Snorkeling gear
-
Fishing equipment (if applicable)

Crew and Captain
-
Fuel (for selected routes)
These inclusions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:

Follow safety instructions

Supervise children
-
Avoid damaging equipment
-
Respect marine life and protected areas
Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
8. Vessel Substitution
In rare cases of technical issues or maintenance, N4 Charters may substitute the booked vessel with another of equal or higher category.
9. Maximum Capacity
For safety and licensing reasons, each boat has a fixed maximum guest capacity.
We cannot exceed this number under any circumstance.
